Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for returns.

Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products. If any item falls short of your expectations, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following terms:

  • The collection of returned products will take 7-10 business days after receiving authorization from the company.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
  • Refunds for promotional items will follow the terms of the promotion. For bundle offers or “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” promotions, all items in the offer must be returned.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and passed a quality check, which typically takes 4-5 business days. After this, refunds are issued within 4-7 business days. Please note that refunds may not appear on your account until your bank’s next statement cycle.

In cases where a product is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charge in full, provided all items from the order are returned. If you choose to keep part of the order, we will deduct the relevant delivery charge for the items retained.

Please ensure all items, including their packaging, are intact if you wish to return them. We will not process exchanges or refunds if these conditions are not met.

Receiving Your Refund

If your returned item is collected by a courier, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and will appear in your account based on the next billing cycle after the returned product is received and approved. Any free or discounted items received as part of a promotional offer must also be returned. If the product does not fully meet our return policy, a restocking fee may apply.

Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment, as determined by the company.
